Furniture Repair in Confederate Estates
Confederate Estates is a documented residential subdivision within Pewee Valley’s city limits. It forms part of the area’s residential community alongside the historic neighborhoods and properties for which Pewee Valley is known.
For homeowners in Confederate Estates, keeping a favorite piece of furniture can be more practical than replacing it. A dining chair with a loose wooden joint, a scratched table, or a cabinet with damaged hardware may only need a specific repair.
Excel Shop examines the materials, construction, and existing damage before recommending work. Depending on the condition of the piece, our craftsmen may suggest structural repairs, regluing, refinishing, or replacement of damaged components.
Furniture Repair in Ross Woods
Ross Woods is a residential subdivision developed in 1978 on land associated with the historic Van Horne-Ross property in Pewee Valley. The development includes Rosswood Drive and part of Ridgewood, connecting the area’s residential growth with its local history.
For homeowners around Ross Woods, furniture restoration can help preserve items that remain useful or carry sentimental value. A wooden rocking chair with a weakened frame, a dresser with damaged veneer, or a table with a worn finish may benefit from professional repair.
Excel Shop works with antique, traditional, and contemporary furniture. Our craftsmen assess each piece to determine what can be repaired, which original materials can remain, and what restoration work will best suit the owner’s goals.
